This youtube video was an equipment demonstration of the Hobart Electric Slicer was done during an Institutional Foodservice course to provide steps of assembly, function, disassembly and cleaning of this piece of equipment.
Below are artifacts from both Clinical Nutrition I and II. In Clinical Nutrition I we learned how to properly create a SOAP note based on specific case studies and in Clinical Nutrition II we learned how to properly create ADIME notes using various case studies.
